Outstanding sushi! We got the sauteed soft shell crab which was a limited special for the season, so good. The sushi deluxe, and 3 other rolls. It was all excellently prepared. Staff was great as well, will absolutely be back to try more of the menu!

Exceeded expectations. We went here because we were hungry and in the area and it was within walking distance, best decision ever! We each ordered 3 rolls and each one was very delicious and well presented. The servings were generous and the servers attentive without being over bearing. The decoration is very beautiful and the music calm and not too loud. Will definitely come back here soon!

Fuji Restaurant in Haddonfield is an excellent sushi spot and easily one of the better places I’ve had sushi in the area. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the quality of the food. There’s a huge variety of rolls on the menu, and everything we tried was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. Each roll tasted well thought out, balanced, and made with care. I was there with a group of nine people, which is always a good test, and everyone at the table agreed that the food was fantastic. From a food standpoint, there were zero complaints across the board. The dumplings were really good and came out hot and flavorful, and the edamame was cooked perfectly and lightly seasoned. Even with such a large group, once the orders were in, the food came out quickly and consistently, which was impressive. The service at the very beginning was a bit slow, likely due to the size of our party, but the staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and happy to answer any questions we had about the menu. Fuji Japanese Cuisine in NJ is an absolute culinary treasure! I visited my friend who lives in NJ and he recommended this place right away. Although it’s located in the back of the Main Street that place had lines of people waiting to get in. Due to last minute call we didn’t have reservation either. But the hostess was kind enough to assist us right away. We waited only for 12 minutes up until the time we were seated. The menu offers a perfect balance of traditional Japanese dishes and innovative creations. Their sushi is incredibly fresh and expertly prepared, with each roll being a work of art. We started with the tuna dumpling and we continued by ordering 8 different rolls. The attention to detail in presentation and taste is outstanding. The staff is warm and attentive. Whether you’re here for a casual dinner, a special celebration, or just craving authentic Japanese cuisine, Fuji never disappoints. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a great dining experience!

This is my 3rd visit. We were originally going to Sagami but they were close for vacation and me and my friend were both craving for sushi so decided to come back here for some Sushi. My favorite is the ebi which is the sweet shrimp sashimi with deep fried shrimp head. We also got the grilled squid which was amazing. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food came out quick and was reasonably priced. If you are around the area and craving for sushi definitely come check this place out. They also have a parking lot in the back of the building I would definitely be back.
